Pros

The people I met on my team were all amazing, however the company and the products we were selling were a joke.

Cons

Leadership - The manager of this team is completely unfit to manage. He hires his friends, and allows them not show up to work and do whatever he wants while he scrutinizes everyone else if they are 15 minutes late. Instead of actually talking to his team he sends passive aggressive emails and talks to his friends on the team about everyone else. He is highly unprofessional and probably the least motivating manager I've ever worked for. If you want to feel like your in a call center, where you just make mindless calls all day, receive emails saying you can't take your vacation because you have a job to do, and work in a dirty office that doesn't even supply you with a mouse or monitor (you have to buy your own), then perhaps this is the place for you.

Pros

-Work from home Fridays - Great people to work with - you'll learn basic knowledge of the industry and DSPs.

Cons

Management likes to micromanage. You must be at your desk at 9:30 or your manager will send you a slack message asking you to email or call them if you're gonna be late even 5 minutes (MTA sucks). Worse insurance known to man 30 copay for general physician, 60 copay for specialist. They only match up to 2% on your 401k. There's no sick days only 15 vacation days. Their bonus structure suck, it isn't based on your individual performance only quarterly revenue which In the last few quarters the goal has increased ten fold meaning you only get max 75% of your bonus. The office is grey and there are no snacks.
