turnover rate is exteremly high, not good pay, laid off 3/4ths of the charlotte employees, all the leads to call have been called at least 30 times before

-chance to make good money -willing to hire people fresh out of college

Cons

-constantly changing everything -lies about the product you are selling -stale product -management/president CONSTANTLY making inappropriate comments -lack of recognition for hard work unless you are top 5 in company -COUNTLESS senior reps have left (makes you realize) -commission structure severely unfair

We strive to be as transparent as possible- from the commission structure to the health of the business- and communicate this often with our employees. Regarding any employees making inappropriate comments, this is something we take very seriously and should be reported to HR to mitigate and offer multiple lines of communication to deliver this information, so we hope that you felt comfortable doing so.
