Pros

- Supportive and collaborative workplace culture where colleagues and managers genuinely want to see you succeed; plenty of encouragement and moral support. - Energetic, younger office environment with many like-minded peers, making it easier to build friendships and stay motivated. - Competitive base salary for an entry-level sales position, with clear potential for growth through performance-based incentives. - Strong earning potential at an early stage in your career, high performers can make solid money relatively quickly. - Great opportunity to build resilience, develop sales skills, and gain exposure to digital marketing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

- Burnout is very common. Prospecting for leads is time-consuming, and although the first hour of the day is supposed to be reserved for it, that time is usually taken up by mandatory team meetings. As a result, you’ll often need to prospect outside of business hours without overtime pay. - Lead sources are unevenly distributed. Managers tend to reserve the higher-quality sources for more experienced reps, which makes sense from a business perspective but creates a steep uphill battle for new hires. - Training could be stronger. The first week focuses on calling lawyers, yet most of the office primarily calls blue-collar businesses, which makes the initial training feel misaligned with the reality of the role. - The solutions you’re selling are fairly complex (SEO, digital marketing, website design, and business management tools), but the training provided doesn’t fully prepare you to become the expert you need to be to succeed. - Overall, this role might suit someone who is already passionate about digital marketing, understands small and medium-sized businesses, and has prior cold calling experience. Otherwise, the steep learning curve and workload may be difficult to sustain long-term.

Pros

The culture here is fast-paced, fun, and genuinely supportive. You're surrounded by driven people who push you to grow personally and professionally every day. Leadership actually invests in your success, and the energy on the floor keeps things exciting. I've made amazing friendships and learned more in a few months than I have in other jobs over years. The pay is competitive, PTO is solid, and the opportunity to move up is real if you’re willing to put in the work.

Cons

It’s sales—so it can be tough, especially at first—but if you stay focused and put in the work, the payoff is absolutely worth it. Also, some of the cubicles could use a little TLC, but it doesn’t take away from the energy or the people around you.
