Pros

ok pay if you make it through the senior tiers

Cons

Working at this company has been one of the most disappointing and demoralizing experiences of my career. The culture is toxic, built on deception and desperation. Employees are routinely encouraged—sometimes directly told—to lie to clients in order to "keep them happy," even when it means doing things that are clearly unethical or misleading. These tactics often backfire, leading to client harm, forced refunds, and messy financial repercussions that could have been avoided with honesty and transparency. Ever since the company changed its business model 2–3 years ago, things have only gotten worse. There are now yearly layoffs, chronic understaffing, and unrealistic expectations placed on whoever’s left. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, with no sign of improvement because leadership refuses to acknowledge that the root problem is simply not having enough people to support the growing client base. Instead of fixing that, they expect miracles from a constantly shrinking team. To make matters worse, processes change constantly—without warning or communication. You’re not trained, you’re not informed. One day you log in and find out there's a brand new system or workflow and you're expected to sink or swim. The lack of structure and transparency is beyond frustrating. There is no real culture here. The only bright spots are the new people you meet who are still hopeful and haven’t been broken by the system yet. But that doesn’t last long—people either become numb and go into survival mode, or they burn out and quit within 3–6 months. That says everything you need to know. Stay far away from this company unless you're okay with sacrificing your ethics, your energy, and your well-being.

We are truly sorry and disappointed to hear this feedback. The decisions that have led to make any changes in our business model are never made over night, and takes time and a lot of discussions in order to put in place. We understand any type of change can be stressful and at times, overwhelming. We are sorry if you any pressures from these changes, and hope you discussed this with your manager or HR.

Pros

Younger employees that are fun to work with and make friendships. Opportunities for advancement if you stick it out.

Cons

Pay is very low for the work you deal with. Management is constantly changing how your work is measured (typically making it more difficult to achieve their targets) and they use that to refuse pay increases regularly. Micromanagement is a light way to put it. They will treat you like it’s daycare and monitor everything you’re doing. They have no issue firing employees and the company was a revolving dot the second I arrived until I left.
