Pros

Cool people, but only because they are all young and if you work there you probably will be too. they hire kids straight out of college since they know they can take advantage of them and not pay them well

Cons

This was genuinely the worst possible employment experience imaginable. The employee turnover rate was insanely high, which created this cycle of the employees who were left taking on all the people who quit’s work with no extra pay, making it miserable for them until they quit as well. I had 5 different managers in the few months I worked there because the turnover rate was so high. I was friends with a good amount of the other employees and I didn’t know a single person who wasn’t desperate for another job and actively looking every day. This company micromanages to an insane degree. They took away control over our phones which were tied to metrics we had to hit, so if you had to go to the bathroom you had to ask your manager so they could turn your phone off to avoid getting dinged. The work life balance is horrible- 5 days a week in office which is entirely unnecessary given the nature of the job. They only want you in office so they can control you and you don’t have time to interview for anything else. If you left a minute before 5:30 (even on Fridays) you would get a stern talking to. The job itself also isn’t true marketing. Everything is reactive work and mainly sales skills to convince your clients to continue on another month even though the services provided are not helping their business and feels extremely shady and wrong to convince them otherwise. The client load per person is so high that even if you try to use actual marketing and help these clients you would never have time in the day to help every one of them and are forced to lie if you want to keep clients on and hit bonus targets. I could go on, but seriously just avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the tiny salary they give you. hold out for something else- literally anything else.
