Pros

Some people were good to work for. It was a nice campus. There were options to move within the company and try new roles.

Cons

Senior management wasn't great. People weren't very nice. Not a good work/life balance.

Constant changes lead to overwhelmed and burnt out employees

Pros

Nice Campus, would be nicer if we had more time to enjoy it. Some nice people. Some discount, low for retail standards.

Cons

Management changes their mind constantly and employees are left running around to meet new expectations. Many decisions are made based on "perception" and fear, and are often not the best decision for the company.
