Not many negatives. Season can be tough due to the lack of personal time to spend with your family but it's understood due to the nature of the business.

Unrealistic expectations, bad scheduling system, perform or leave mentality, too much politics between mgmt., store mgrs take advantage of schedule to benefit them, closing and recovery procedures during season need revamping, did not supply adequate security in high crime stores during season, hourly associates hours get cut without notice, not enough payroll to correctly run the business
