Pros

Good co-workers, good job to start out at

Cons

No stability with hours, I was working 30 hours one week and then 4 hours the next. Minimum wage but they expect a lot from employees. No training, I had to fight to be trained in other areas and even then, I practically had to train myself. Management plays favorites.

Cons

-Horrible pay -They really make you WORK. -Managers are horrible, they don't give a darn about you. -Breaks are short, had to clock out for a fifteen minute break -_-

Pros

Coworkers are great, all the "little people" stick together.

Cons

All this company cares about is metrics. The philosphoy is "change the people or change the people" - I have never felt so underappreciated in my life. If you do well with personal metrics, they want to to get more numbers so they threaten you with hours. If you aren't doing well, they take away your hours instead of giving training or coaching to improve. Hours fluctuate - some weeks you get 5 hours, other weeks you'll get 30 (when it's convenient for them, of course). Minimum wage to start, with the opportunity for yearly reviews, where you get at most a 25 cent raise.
