None, with Dave Boyle running the show, there can't be anything positive to say

Cons

Worst leadership team. The president of the company yells at and belittles his people. Except for "his friends" this is the worst experience I have ever had

Small Company Large Heart

Pros

For being a small company, they do a lot for the employee. There are great benefits and caring supervisors. Many employees wear many hats. Everyone works hard and they get rewarded for it. Most recently, the company paid for everyone to go to TopGolf. There wasn't anything work related, it was just to have fun and collaborate.

Cons

Like any growing small company, there are growing pains.

It is a good product at good price point

Cons

Absolutely a toxic environment with total lack of respect and communication. There is no training or onboarding process. Pay is not competitive and there is no company tree available to employees. Everyone is confused who is who and even to the point who is your true manager. Customer Service is horrific thus why business is being lost. This does not come from a disgruntled employee...it comes from years of managing in the past and this management team is absolutely not what is going to run a good business. Training needs to be had for management to engage employees in a positive manner...again...very toxic. Starts with the CEO all way to middle management. It is a negative work setting.
