Pros

If you want to become a technology trainer this is the company to work for. They will train you and make you an instructor. If you are aligned with a High Performing Sales Rep you will have a great time. CEO is very transparent, he will tell you the truth with no BS.

Cons

Company has lost direction, now seeking to become a Tech outsourcer and Tech Trainer. High employee churn rate. SE must uncover opportunities, position & pitch solution, perform installs, resolve problems while Sales Reps send Quotes and get all the glory. Company says they value engineers but reality is the Sales Reps are the ones who reap the rewards.

Pros

If you're liked, you will stay there.

Cons

If they don't like you, you're gone. Most people are clueless. Constant ESG content and coworker interactions. Some clients are good, but most are small fries and you don't have the time to work on them. Small bonus; but requested to work over 40 a week.

Pros

If you are in sales you have influence over the organization

Cons

Very Political, Unethical, Micromanagement. Underpaid and when brought up growth/promotion opportunities to supervisor, given false promises that was never followed through. Regret staying there as long as I did. Did not show any interest in my development or career growth. Over the years of being employed there, they took away benefits that ultimately cut total compensation so instead of making more than when I started, I ended up making less by the time I left. Very artificial culture. Lots of micromanaging in place for salaried employees that are treated like an hourly employees. Management is definitely not to be trusted. I did not have a voice there. Disingenuous and insincere. Lots of sexual harassment stuff going on within sales and clients, but no one reports any of it.
