Loved the way company welcomes new joinees with loads of goodies and joining kit. Free lunch in office premises Colleagues are really helpful and understanding. Get to learn all the booming technologies and upgrade your skillset. Your opinions are considered in decision making!

Pros

Good company so far, really good and understanding manager. Company does care for its employees.But as every other organisation this one has some scope to grow. Other than that the policies and everything is exceptional as per my view.occasional gifts, competitive salary and all other perks are good

Cons

Work life balance and some events to bond teams up once in a while would be good as lot of new comers joined in last 1-1.5 year. Nobody knows each other really.
