1. The work is dull. 2. The people who have been working here from ages love to play politics and are very petty. They won't promote people based on their internal discussions. 3. Toxic management from top to bottom. Overworking is celebrated here and not planning for products and still pushing them out after people working day and night is considered an incredible achievement 4. 5 day working compulsory no exceptions. Remote employees from before are treated badly 5. Competent people are leaving. 6. Your feedback is listened to but not acted upon.
