- Employee Centric - Value for talent and no bureaucracy - Cares about individual growth and has a very good tech stack and a stable product which is way ahead of its competitors - Free Lunch and Recreation Centre - On-site short term opportunity - Highly skilled upper management with a vision - Cares about its customers - Impacts the people directly so you feel proud of the work that you are doing

Pros

Tracelink has a unique opportunity to dominate Track and Trace and Compliance Market Space Globally. Creative Solution with a potential to add value and solution that is under represented by the larger SCM/ERP software vendors

Cons

Company Culture is at Best Toxic with more focus on selling then delivering a solid solution that built the Companies Reputation. Current new Product up dates/releases are a disaster. Plagued with Bugs that should have never made it through a simple QA review. Customers are growing very skeptical of the long term stability of the solution stack and are increasingly put off by the quality of the solutions and Companies lack of response to addressing these issues.
