Brutal culture, don’t challenge leadership unless you want a 15 minute meeting on your calendar with HR. Truly feels like leadership has no idea what they’re doing. 0 experience outside of running TraceLink, strategies change constantly, 0 consistency in anything. Have seen very smart people challenge leadership’s ideas or offer alternative opinions and they got fired. 0 room for growth, the place is burning and they don’t care about their customers at all. Out sourcing things to India. Products get half baked and sales reps get pressure to sell it even though it’s not fully functional. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless new leadership is implemented which feels necessary for them to grow
