Compensation way below market, inexperienced sales managers that micro manage to an extreme Nothing to really sell, don't believe the hype Sr Sales Exec have left which is never a good sign New products do not work, high attrition with existing customers going to the competitor but no one seems to care In sales, no one wants your opinion, suggestion or perspective
