. First of all HR will convince you join this company by showing some perks. Fake HR . Enviornment is very negative . People with buttering skills can only survive. No talent is respected. . Worst team leader and manager. They make you work like anything and after the important work is done they will cut you off. . Bi yearly layoffs . People who have work ethics and skill should never join here. . They will use your skills and throw you and don't expect work life balance. . If you have your own opinions and way of working your seniors won't like you. . 2 or 3 years of experienced developers are getting higher promotions but not senior developers who worked so hard for the project. . High level of micro management and favouritism.
