Everyone is caring here. We have delicious lunch and also other stuff. Organize multiple events on festivals like quiz, house, etc. Gifts at festivals. Leaves and PTOs are available.

Pros

The company has very ambitious vision and decent benefits. Smart engineers and thoughtful leadership.

Cons

A bit disorganized. The process claims to be agile, but it is still waterfall. Very old. No CICD Features are more important than quality. Work/life balance is an issue. If you have a family, this might not be place for you. You will be working late hours and weekends. There is no end in sight to this.
