Pros
Highly smart co-workers.
Management focus is on process change rather than individually asking a dev/qa to deliver more.
Constant code reviews makes the product robust and dev more careful in pushing changes
Free food, snacks
Continuous fun events.
Sports facilities(badminton, cricket, carom, foosball) in the company premise
No pressure from management(of course if you dont do anywork you get fired)
Reduced pressure makes it extremely easy to push code changes very carefully making sure that regression bugs aren't introduced.
Things are run by reason than by hierarchy(hope that won't be lost in near future)
Unlimited Work from Homes(no one questions as long as you're being reasonable in work output)
PS: I've come from company where work culture was exactly opposite of this. So I guess I do appreciate it here. :) :) But tbh its heaven compared to any other Indian IT company. If the goal however, it to chill completely, and focus on personal life more than work, this won't be the right fit since there is pressure(even if it isn't displayed). TCS, Infosys might be better esp if you're benched there.
Cons
None as of yet. Will update my review if I come across any.
