Consistent company growth, refinement of Engineering leadership and procedures has greatly improved confidence and efficiency of the department.

Cons

Heavily reliant on market conditions, constant executive turnover leads to constant changes in priorities and procedures.

Pros

I used to think this place was good, but then we hired who we did, so that’s that.

Cons

Another CEO hire and another fire. This time his magical CRO hire failed in less than a year. How long until our private equity firm realizes the current man in the CEO’s chair is incapable of doing well here.

Pros

Honestly, absolutle impossble to think of even one realistic Pro.

Cons

We are talking about a company here existing for 20 years, saying they are growing and they still have 100 employees. I have never seen a more toxic environment in my life. Absolute micromanagement at every level. Leadership who need a compass to tell them what direction to go in. Horrible working conditions, bullying, working under duress and the most hostile working environment possible
