Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at TNS has been frustrating, and we take feedback seriously. We’d welcome more specifics on your concerns and ideas for improvement. You can always connect with any manager, HR, or our CEO directly. We also provide an anonymous feedback form, quarterly employee net promoter score (eNPS) surveys, and an annual engagement survey. Much of the feedback we’ve received through these channels has been constructive and positive, which feels inconsistent with what’s shared here. That said, we know there’s always room to improve, and we encourage ongoing dialogue. We also want to clarify a couple of things for accuracy: our flexible PTO plan has not changed. We value work–life balance and, with this in mind, continue to offer a Flexible Time Off policy. We understand that not everyone’s experience is the same, but we remain committed to doing right by our team and continuously improving.
