The Reviews are True - Toxic Work Environment

The camp staff work very hard and take good care of the children.

Cons

Horrendous work environment. The company is extremely mismanaged and lacks a strategic path forward. You never know what you are getting from one day to the next, but you can always count on the CEO to be a misogynistic, hot-headed know-it-all. There aren't any policies or paperwork, so if you are promised something, make sure you get it in writing.
