      Great idea. Lower level people really work hard

      Cons

      Everything about how this company is ran. Toxic and abusive. Even look at the responses "trackers" has to these reviews. How many have said this is a toxic place and the owner is the issue. Has this issue been addressed? Even acknowledged? Nope. Continuing down the same road with no willingness to change at all

      Company is a mess

      Being outside is better than being inside

      Cons

      Management is a disaster, they push staff very hard without much actual practical support. Way too big of a company so that it is unable to live up to its values. I was hired with no experience and immediately was given full responsibility to entertain and structure camp for a dozen children. Was never formally trained and they did this anyways. Incredibly stressful and constantly being set up to fail with high expectations I was not prepared to meet. They are awful at giving information about basic employee needs like pay, sick days, time off. Getting help from management outside of the person directly superior to you is impossible.
