I loved working with kids and my coworkers were amazing and some working multiple jobs at once. Very caring staff and great kids to work with, great opportunities for personal growth.

Cons

I learned so much but they should pay their employees more especially during a pandemic. Their employees are all overqualified amazing people that should be compensated as such.

Cons

Summer camps and outdoor education is a difficult industry for "work-life balance," if you are a fan of working outside and you work playing a large role in your social life, this is a great job.
