-will get thrown around by management -there is NO guaranteed work and you can be dropped mid season with no warning when they make you promise to be there all summer -barely any support or supplies even when you have the budget for it -company fosters a vibe of cliques and gaining information to get higher on the ladder -even when there’s no place to grow to and they will actively stunt growth and demote you -if you have complaints they will not be heard -don’t take a singular day off in summer or leave early for a doctors appointment they will fire you -don’t expect to work where they tell you they will move you camps and sites at a snap of a finger
