      Pros

      You get to work outside everyday with kids! And the quality of the people who are drawn to work at Trackers is high quality. My coworkers were the main support for navigating how to lead the camps. Very talented, passionate people are attracted to working here.

      Cons

      Not much compensation and not much support from the organization with materials or activity planning. The summer schedule is exhausting and they weren't great about time off. I took a week off but then they didn't get me work for the rest of the summer which felt pretty rude.

      - Good Pay - Super engaging - Fun Activities - Good coworkers

      Cons

      - There was a bit of a lack of structure which I guess is both a pro and con. It is basically on you to come up with the day-to-day plan, which means more freedom to be the counselor you want to be but also difficult at times to always keep 15 kids entertained.

      There were different locations and different age groups to choose from so you can find what’s right for you. The activities you teach the kids are fun.

      Cons

      Some kids are hard to manage.
