Pros

Getting to do archery, blacksmithing, LARPing, or survival skills with kids

Cons

- Heavy drinking culture - Controlling, abusive, manipulative management - Underpaid workers, especially for their skill level and for creating their own lesson plans (sometimes on the spot, by necessity) - No acknowledgment for indigenous cultures, the unceded land Trackers operates programming on, or any relevant form of social justice

Business Outlook

Pros

Access to beautiful outdoor spaces

Cons

-not enough time off to recharge between seasons - not enough time to lesson plan - constant peer pressure/ shame culture - is not the “village community” that it says it is - often hires very inexperienced staff for very challenging situations (which means the team leaders work triple time)
