      Mission is great Peers in the field are great to work with Learned some new skills

      Cons

      CEO is rude and disrespectful to staff, not open to new ideas, only wants things done their way Such an unprofessional organization Poorly run company, don't really care about employees anymore Keeps laying people off so there is noone good left in management If you are a friend of the family or family, you are set with a job Disorganized and don't know what they are doing CEO needs to step back and let others lead before everyone quits and you lose more customers Provide better training - not just CEO talking non-stop to everyone. Provide real training and education

      Pros

      Trackers Earth has an admirable mission, but falls so short in its treatment of its workers that it invalidates those values.

      Cons

      Tony, the CEO, is a classic Seaguller. He flys from place to place in the company and only stops to squawk and dump on his employee’s work. All jokes aside, everything you read in the other negative reviews is true. Trackers Earth needs to change.

      Most toxic place I've worked at

      Freedom to do whatever you want. No one has time to check in on you, so you get totally free and zero support.

      Cons

      The entire company is built on a toxic foundation. Every employee I worked there with has since left.
