Pros

I guess you can be happy you have a paying job for the time being

Cons

The platform sucks but leadership refuses to look at that because they bought this company for so much money that they have to make it work. Its a hard sales to customers, so many better platforms out there

Pros

A paycheck, and talking to your peers.

Cons

I would put room to move up as a pro, but its only due to a high employee turn over rate. Employees are motivated by fear. Field reps are forced to call upon clients from 7 to sometimes 10 or even 11pm to try and manufacture business. This is due to low client traffic on the app, but SLT refuses to look at that. SLT promotes a work life balance, but it is only for themselves. Just an example. On a friday recap call, dont be surprised if your regional is sitting in his convertible at his marina while your on the road fighting tooth and nail make a sale or calling your entire phone book to sell a unit

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. At TradeRev we encourage a work life balance across all positions as we feel it’s important for our employees to unplug and enjoy things outside of work. One of the ways we do this is by offering a competitive vacation package to all our employees. However, the hours you describe are something we do not promote or encourage, so we’d appreciate if you connected with us by e-mail at listens@karauctionservices.com so we can learn more about your particular experience.
