Pros

Supplies all equipment needed for sales, original VP's wonderful, helpful giving encouragement to develop sales territory, when company was smaller the direct training was very efficient. Product has improved since start up.

Cons

Regional managers were added along with other layers of unnecessary management, the company diluted it's self to sub par training, lack of encouragement to employees, this company churn's employees too often, losing well versed employees in the automotive field.

Every company that grows as fast as this company has growing pains. This company manages it all very well. I can't complain.

Pros

Great Company. Great Leadership. Lots of resources & great pay. Cover a territory, not much micro management. Great product, sells itself! True professionals will excel and do very well. Plenty of room for growth. Still growing into the west. 50% of company owned by a multi billion dollar company so resources are unlimited

Cons

Growing pains. Considered a start up but a bright future. Need to be persistent and actually try to do well which isn't asking much. They will listen to requests and make changes to help you be successful. Not much cons to be honest.
