. Company is growing fast and there is a great opportunity to growth fast if you work hard . Although it's already a established company, the company still preserves a start-up culture and environment, making it very easy and pleasant to be part of the team

. As a fast growing company, internal processes are still being created and enhanced, which can be a Con with one doesn't have an open mind and positive attitude
