Cons

- Office building in downtown Toronto is an old one and it's elevators get stuck every other day.

- work life balance - opportunity for growth - ergonomic chairs and stand up desk with plenty of space - amazing culture, friendly people that help each other out

Cons

- growing pains everything is changing and a lot of work is to be done (hence the major hirings!)

- Great company culture - Awesome Benefits and perks - A lot of opportunities to learn and grow - Very nice and comfortable office space

Cons

None that I can think of. Some growing pains here and there as the company gets bigger but that's expected.
