      great people no direction

      Pros

      The people I worked with were really good people. Some had passion to get things done.

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Management needs to establish a direction for the software. Product Managers are nice but lack skill sets to achieve the big picture.

      Pros

      There are many talented people here with great ideas and start off with motivation. However, with the current regime, that motivation quickly disappears.

      Cons

      The company talks about global vision, however, they lack focus on establishing those goals. Company is throwing many people towards these “global” projects, but if you ask me, this cannot be supported for the long run. It is just a matter of time before the axe comes out and cuts start.
