Pros

Client Service and Technical Support Rep jobs where they hire external candidates is ENTRY LEVEL. Good for people NEW to industry with ZERO experience, if you go in with experience, you will be treated poorly, paid less and passed over for moving above this entry level role. CALL CENTER - CALL CENTER - CALL CENTER

Cons

CALL CENTER, not disclosed until on job, 50+ calls per day. Management shows favortism while others are worked harder. Rewards for performance (call volume), but given to mgmt favorites with "5th most" calls, not the person with the most calls. Favorites allowed to work OT, email and chat while rest of Reps are forced to work phones all day listening to verbal abuse from clients screaming about constant issues with software, and moving funds in/out. Management in Client Service / Technical Service dept has less than 6 years experience in industry and openly displays favoritism. Dept is IN-OFFICE while rest of company is hybrid or remote. Client Service dept not allowed to participate in company meetings, dept mgmt has full control over Reps including isolating them from the company overall and needing their permission to apply to another dept. to get away from this.
