Neat product to work on, however company has no real sense of direction.

Pros

Great engineering group although engineering management is attrocious. Product is really challenging and interesting to work on however underlying technology needs to be improved.

Cons

Management is extremely unprepared to deal with long term vision. No real sense of direction is passed onto the staff, mostly because there is none.

Pros

Fast pased and interesting subject matter. Some good individuals to work with. Provides a good learning experience.

Cons

Very unfocused strategic management practices. Managers flip flop between micro managing and being MIA. Benefits are low end and constantly being cheapened. Lip service for doing a good job but no real rewards when it comes to compensation adjustments or any kind of bonus for non executive employees.
