      Pros

      The Chicago office is full of wonderful people who work together and help each other grow, instead of scolding them for minor mistakes.

      Cons

      I found that between the HQ office location and the Chicago office, there are significant differences in culture and treatment amongst employees, where employees located at HQ received more leniency. Often times, it seems like teams are working against each other while throwing teammates under the bus instead of offering assistance and working together.
