TradeStation is a company with a great organizational culture, where no one is above the others, we all learn from everyone. The work methodology is extremely calm and always based on Agile frameworks. Projects are internal, so you don't have to worry about closing an account. The people are admirable and super professional. I have not known of a better place to work at TradeStation. Pros: Flexible time Competitive salary Private insurance Excellent location in Costa Rica FMH Constant growth on a professional and personal level
