Pros

Generous compensation and benefits package. Some sales reps made over $200k year. Great product that is sought after and competitive. A good amount of autonomy to work the way you want. Many warm leads to work.

Cons

No career path. You typically stay in the role you enter in. CEO is a people person but many others in management rarely look to interact or engage with employees.

Pros

Challenging work, constant pushing for perfection, good team culture (for the most part). Excellent work life balance.

Cons

Set in their ways and anything anyone says outside of it is laughed at. Ideas aren't taken into account unless upper management had it first. Set on using tech because "big people use it so it must be good." Below average pay Unwillingness to hire people Would rather stick to their "perfect beings" than expand it, thus causing little hiring, and bulk loads on developers. Guidance is "I want to use this technology cause Netflix uses it, figure out how." Not, "This is the challenge, find the best solution and why" Direct managers are good people, directors are caught in their own cloud.
