      Pros

      Work with VERY smart, creative, ingenious, dedicated, committed people. I learn something every day. My colleagues are SENIOR (10+ years of experience) and it shows in the products! They LISTEN - they did change their health package, it's great now. Breakfast served every Friday morning!!

      No cafeteria in the building, but they are going to be moving to new facilities

      Great place to work if you're serious about software development

      Pros

      It's very engineer centric with very little bureaucracy to get in the way of developing software. The agile UI teams are great to be on if you like that. The backend teams are great for intense work on platforms.

      Cons

      The benefits are not up to par with the rest of the industry. Only 2 weeks vacation, and only the employee health insurance is paid in full.

      Pros

      Look, every company has its pros and cons. In my personal experience the environment, people, benefits and work have been good but I've heard of people from other teams that haven't had the same luck. Recently in an effort to increase the score of the company in Glassdoor, employees were offered an Amazon gift card in exchange for a positive review, the issue with this is that people might be fooled into working for "the perfect company" when that's not the reality (think of the fake reviews for bad items in Amazon, where people also give 5 star reviews in exchange for gift cards and then everyone is fooled into buying an item that's going to break apart easily or not work properly).

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to feedback and are too stubborn to hear ideas from others.
