-Was there for over 8 years commited to TS and they threw me out like garbage with no consideration or good reason. -New managers will bend over backwards for MONEX and $$$ -CEO is a robot. - Politics will be all over decisions. This will soon have bad consequences. - Run from this horid place!

Pros

Good oportunities to learn and to acquire new skills. Depending on the team, job can be rewarding.

Cons

There is a strange culture of favoring the ones with more power and applying exceptions for them just because of their job title. Some managers enjoy micromanagement and other toxic practices and it is difficult to have an impartial outcome from HR when they get involved (because of the above mentioned reasons)
