      Pros

      Managers are supportive for the most part, and focused on promoting excellence and effectiveness of the team. Benefits are comparable for the industry.

      Cons

      Negative, cynical atmosphere at times, cross communication within and throughout company could be better, appears arbitrary when rules are enforced--

      NO ITIL, no standard procedures, worse management ever, they dont have processes for anything they just go with the moment

      Pros

      I was treated pretty well at TradeStation. There are very smart people working there and I felt that TradeStation tried hard to make employees happy - although they were a little out of touch. The benefits were really good and I felt that compensation was fair (although this seemed to be a common complaint).

      Cons

      My biggest complaint is that development has slowed dramatically, and TradeStation doesn't seem interested in becoming a real competitor in the marketplace. They don't seem to be gaining new customers and seem stuck in the late 90's. Many teams have tunnel vision and aren't interested (and ignore) problems that can prevent one from doing their job.
