Pros
Open mind environment. Cutting edge technology that does not always evolve around Microsoft. Geat people to work with and learn from. Local management is awesome. Good career path. Great schedule flexibility.
Cons
Too much talk and not a lot of action in meetings. People need to better manage their time to avoid working late the day before deadlines. Although they use SCRUM, the tools they use to work with it sometimes make it quite slow and complex.
