Pros

It's a fully remote work, which is great especially in these times.

Cons

The job itself is straightforward, and there's really nothing better to do here. You are tasked to do mundane, boring tasks that you have to do repeatedly all day every day for five days a week. If you haven't guessed, there's no satisfaction in working here unless you're already happy with just a mediocre pay. The managers are practically useless since the employees never feel their presence.

Pros

There is a lot of focus on innovation and thinking out of the box. I preferred both because they allowed me to learn.

Cons

The schedule they set was pretty tough. I was sure that I wouldn't do this job in the long run within a few weeks of joining. The management people really need to work on that.

Pros

I used to work in the European shift together with 4 other coleagues. All of them are nice people and high class professionals. We cover EU market news and provided first class service to our clients every day. You start working early before the market opens and finish ones the market closes. There are flexible breaks during the day you may use for lunch or just taking a walk. I like the schedule and communications as in my team so with the other teams. We helped US and Asian shift too on the opens. You meet a lot of people from around the globe and learn from different cultural backgrounds.

Cons

Intensive work load especially during the market open hours, but you may count on your colleagues and ask for help when needed.
