Pros

cannot think of anything to work here absolutely

Cons

small fish cannot beat big peers and it is barely surviving with less competitive and old biz models, no growth in this area but more of an authentic sweatshop to waste your time. It is really hard to get any help from other department and you are there only for the hourly pay with no other benefit. would give a zero star but the minimum is one

cannot think of any, cow-workers are nice

Cons

benefit is low or nothing, departments are not supportive or cooperative but good at finding excuses all the time...everyone is working alone with low morale...management never show up but send instructions in email only....turnover rate is pretty high...the owner is cutting budget on employees and make its products less and less competitive as return.

The company is innovating all the time, coming up with new technologies and ideas. Good atmosphere as all the coworkers are smart and nice. Overall Interesting company to work for.
