Pros
My co-workers were amazing with the exception of our owner who works on the floor with us.
Cons
No overtime, no insurance, paid as an independent contractor yet required to report to the office everyday, is that legal? The owner had Odesk take screen shots of what we were doing on our computer every 15 minutes and if he was displeased with what you were looking at (e.g. Paying a bill) he would question you... Insane.
