Pros

There is a lot of focus on innovation and thinking out of the box. I preferred both because they allowed me to learn.

Cons

The schedule they set was pretty tough. I was sure that I wouldn't do this job in the long run within a few weeks of joining. The management people really need to work on that.

They're all useless

Pros

The job is fully remote, you can adjust your work time and end work exactly on time.

Cons

This is a telemarketing position when you want to be blunt. You'll be doing cold calling the entire day and their so called "warm" leads are just the same. They're all useless and you get people shutting the phone on you

The work was exciting and I used to work with incredibly smart people who enriched my knowledge and experience

Cons

Rather intensive work culture, but you get to it really fast as the team is very collaborative
