Pros
I used to work in the European shift together with 4 other coleagues. All of them are nice people and high class professionals. We cover EU market news and provided first class service to our clients every day. You start working early before the market opens and finish ones the market closes. There are flexible breaks during the day you may use for lunch or just taking a walk. I like the schedule and communications as in my team so with the other teams. We helped US and Asian shift too on the opens. You meet a lot of people from around the globe and learn from different cultural backgrounds.
Cons
Intensive work load especially during the market open hours, but you may count on your colleagues and ask for help when needed.
