At all times watch what you say and how you say it if you don’t speak in a candy coated way to all crew members and customers you will not get a good review and no increase in your pay like all the online hip says. Don’t be deceived you will work until your body hurt to unbelievable pain and the pay is not worth it. If you live your life like a unicorn you will do well just remember it will hurt. Watch your back so many mates watching you and ready to rat on you to save their own skin. You will do well if you conform to Trader Joe’s way. Research what they are really looking for before commenting to them.

The store suffers from a lack of proper management. Managers are hypocritical and do no lead by example. Severe favoritism plagues this store. I was repeatedly picked on and reprimanded for issues very simple and inconsequential. The same issues I was getting in trouble for, other crew members got away with. The store is predominately managed by White managers who show lack of understanding and compassion for people of color and minorities. There is lack of overall morale and crew members are not shown any form of appreciation or compensation thereof. After 9 years of employment I was terminated for no proper reasoning. This is how this store treats their employees even after so many years of commitment and hard work.
