Depending on store, fellow crew/mate, and sales volume, you may be running like a chicken with its head cut off. People are injured often due to huge store demand and lack of work force. Mates (assistant managers) can be very biased towards crew based on favoritism. Very physically demanding job. Lose out on most of your weekends since they require weekend availability. Not much career opportunity, esp if a mate/the caption doesn’t like you.
