Pros

Very fresh and progressive company that is focused and excellent at what it does No bureaucracy, out of touch management, or mysterious overlording headquarters stationed elsewhere.

Cons

While Trader Joe's may be one of he coolest supermarkets in the world, carrying unique, organic, one-of-a-kind items, with an extraordinary fan base and energy, it's still just a supermarket (not a fashion/social movement) and most people will probably find it difficult to get excited about stocking shelf after shelf over and over again for hours on end, taking out garbage, and searching through each of 6000 loaves of bread on the shelf to find the expired ones.

Pros

It is a great job if you are going to school. They are willing to work around your schedule.

Cons

You have to work weekends a lot, especially at night. It makes it a little hard if you are trying to do school and some kind of social life.
