Pros

If you are enthusiastic and committed to your job performance, it will benefit everyone. It is a sales-based company, which means that team members should be committed to the bottom line regardless of position. It is a work-hard, play-hard atmosphere, and there are some great people working here. I enjoy my daily interactions with other employees. It is a good place for confident, committed people who can see the big picture and strategically interpret information from management.

Cons

As with any corporation with multiple national offices, it is easy to fall ihto a "glass-half-full" outlook; true, sometimes information sharing can be challenging, but approaching problems with a positive solution and structural understanding of the company's operations is better than just complaining about something - that's true in any job. And of course, the salaries are low and the benefit package is not what it could be... but from I've seen in this economy, there are also worse ones out there for my same job, minus the fun atmosphere.

Pros

The Division management is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. They use positive feed back and offer perks for performance. If you work hard and put your time in you can make a solid living.

Cons

Though the Division management is very focused on their employees corporate is not quite as interested. For such a large company the Health Package is an embarrassment. I would almost be able to get a private policy for what I pay for these benefits. The deductibles and coverage is awful and you can only change your benefit plan once a year. I understand a company needs to cut back on some things to save money but taking care of those who make you money should be priority one.
